My expertise in design and remodeling comes from hands-on experience rather than formal education, and I continue to learn something new every day in this ever-evolving industry. I am passionate about helping clients discover their style, make informed decisions about their investments, and create cohesive, functional spaces they truly love.


My approach is centered on collaboration—I believe your home should reflect your vision, not mine. You'll often hear me say, "This is your home; I won’t be living in it!" Together, we’ll bring your ideas to life.


As a leader here at DFW Design Co., I oversee our talented team and work closely with your general contractor to ensure your remodel is executed seamlessly, turning your dream space into reality.

When Bethany and I bought our first home, we quickly realized that while our budget was tight, we still needed furniture to fill the space. That first time I ran a piece of rough lumber through a saw, I knew I had found something special. The process of transforming raw wood into functional, beautiful pieces became more than a necessity—it became a passion. From the scent of fresh sawdust to the hum of the machinery and the satisfaction of a finished project, woodworking is an experience like no other.


These days, you’ll find me covered in sawdust in my workshop—and when I’m not out there, Bethany makes sure I’m inside handling the business side of things, like payroll and finances.

I absolutely love the interplay between design selections and soft materials. If furniture shopping is the name of the game, then put me in coach! My desire is to guide my clients, as William Morris said, to “Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.” My evenings and weekends these days are usually filled with soccer, baseball, and basketball with my husband and our two very active little boys. When I have free time, I really enjoy live music, barre and yoga, a good meal + glass of cab, and bingeworthy show. My happy place is somewhere with my toes in the sand and the people I love!

It wasn’t until after I graduated that I fell in love with decorating! I was a newlywed and working as a Labor and Deliver nurse but setting up our new home was suddenly my favorite thing to do! As my hobby became a passion, I realized that I've really always loved making things look beautiful and find great joy in bringing the true charm out of any space. I am most in my element when I am decorating and feel very connected to my work. I believe in simple elegance rather than anything too complicated. I absolutely love the challenge of making any space feel fresh, stylish and inviting!

I'm dedicated to transforming houses into cherished homes through intentional and inspiring design. My passion lies in crafting spaces that not only reflect beauty but also foster comfort and joy for everyone who steps inside. I believe that a well-designed environment can profoundly impact how people feel, creating welcoming, vibrant, and nurturing spaces.


Outside of my design work and the delightful chaos of raising two young children with my husband, I love taking long walks, getting lost in compelling books, and indulging in cooking and baking shows.

What I loved most about her was the way she worked to draw my own style and preferences out of me, even when I didn't really know what I was looking for. Before meeting with Bethany, my bathroom remodel was not moving forward even after getting a bid with a great contractor. I had a list of about 20 things I couldn’t decide on - from tile layout to light fixtures. During our 60 minute meeting, Bethany helped me with every single item on my list & had suggestions that I would never have considered. When I met with the contractor a second time, my bid came back $3k cheaper since I could tell him exactly what I wanted! Bethany is so knowledgeable that she can come in at any point in the process and be as involved as needed.

DFW Design Co. does not handle any construction management for projects. But like any service, we suggest obtaining three quotes from three different contractors before beginning work. We are happy to provide you recommendations for General Contractors we have worked with and enjoyed. Just let us know!
