Design Plans Only

Design Plans Only includes constructing design boards and concept presentations, sourcing and curating furnishings, finishes, and materials, presenting the design rationale, and managing revisions.

With this option, you’ll receive a customized design plan complete with design boards, sourced product links, layouts, finish selections, and implementation notes—everything you need to bring the vision to life on your own timeline, whether independently or with your preferred contractors.

Best for: Clients who want a professional design direction but prefer to handle purchasing, install, and/or coordination themselves or are outside of our service area.

Hands-On Design

Hands-On Design includes everything in Design Plans Only as well as placing and managing orders, processing payments, coordinating freight, tracking shipments, addressing damages or returns, and ensuring items arrive safely and on schedule.

This is our most comprehensive offering. We take care of everything — from the initial concept to final install. You get a turn-key experience and a beautifully executed space with none of the day-to-day stress.

Best for: Busy homeowners who want expert support from start to finish and a cohesive, professionally designed result.
